Medium: 3ml Classic or Inactivated  Medium.

Classic medium: Hank's buffer, antibiotics, phenol red, bovine serum albumin, cryoprotectant, biological buffer. 

Inactivated Medium: Guanidine salt (denaturant), reducing agent, biological buffer, chelating agent, surfactant, buffer.
