3D Cell Floater
3D Cell Floater product line comprises 3 sorts of vessels with special chemical coating designed for the low attachment, which is effective for the formation of spheroid cells, does not require any special incubation techniques, thus 3D cell culture can be easily implemented in the same way as conventional 2D culture. 3D Cell Floater product line is composed of 3D Cell Floater Dishes, 3D Cell Floater Plates and 3D Cell Floater Flasks. (Limitation:It is difficult to control the size and number of spheroids since the cells spontaneously organize by random aggregation.)
Spheroid Forming Unit
SFU is designed to allow both stationary culture and rotatory incubation, facilitating the size expansion of spheroids by inserting it into general tube rotators.
The SFU cap is a ventilating cap with a layer of the hydrophobic filter membrane, making it easier to supply the required gas exchange during cell culture.
96well Hanging Drop Plate
The shape of the holes is designed to position droplets safely. This shape keeps the droplets of the hanging drop consistent and stable culturing conditions. The reservoir prevents evaporation of the media, allowing for long-term culture. The tube extending into the well plate facilitates collect of spheroids.
Insert Standing/ Hanging
Insert products closely mimic in vivo environment, providing improved attachment, growth and differentiation of various cell types. With their permeable property, inserts are convenient and effective tool for diverse research areas such as transportation and invasion studies. Specially select �ed track-etched membranes of three different pore sizes (0.4, 3.0 and 8.0 μm) are used for SPLInsert products. Track-etched membranes ensure precise pore size distribution and consistent pore density, providing well-controlled experimental parameters.
