Description

The DK-300X Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter is a complete solution for adding fluorescence to existing stereo microscopes. It includes everything you need for adapting (not converting) just about any stereo microscope. It can also be used as an excitation light source separately, You can select multiple wavelenaths and observe the expression of various fluorescent proteins.

Application

Detection of green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene, red fluorescent protein (DsRed),  gene plants, transgenic animals with GFP and DsRed genes, microorganisms transgenic with GFP and DsRed genes and tissue-specific expression of GFP and DsRed genes

Standard configuration of host:
